SetPartition from RestrictedGrowthString
The set partition a restricted growth string labels: block j holds the positions labelled j.
The inverse of RestrictedGrowthString(partition), and order-preserving in the same way.
Called as CombinatorialMap(x, "SetPartition"). The head's page has its examples.
