RademacherPhi

Rademacher's Φ\Phi function, built from Dedekind sums — the correction term that makes log⁡η\log\eta transform correctly under the modular group. Unlike RademacherSymbol it is not a class function.

RademacherPhi(matrix)Φ(M)=(a+d)/c−12 sign(c) s(d,∣c∣)\Phi(M) = (a+d)/c - 12\,\mathrm{sign}(c)\,s(d,|c|)
