RiemannSiegelTheta

The Riemann–Siegel theta function ϑ(t)=Im⁡ln⁡Γ(14+it2)−t2ln⁡π\vartheta(t) = \operatorname{Im}\ln\Gamma(\tfrac14 + \tfrac{it}{2}) - \tfrac{t}{2}\ln\pi, for real tt. Provided by @enumeratio/analytic.

Domain: Special functions

Details
  • Reuses the existing log-gamma continuation (LogGamma, packages/symbols/analysis/analytic/src/loggamma.ts) rather than deriving one — ϑ\vartheta is just its imaginary part on the Re⁡=14\operatorname{Re} = \tfrac14 line, minus the linear term.
  • Real tt only; a complex argument stays symbolic. ϑ(0)=0\vartheta(0) = 0 exactly (no N() needed) since ln⁡Γ(14)\ln\Gamma(\tfrac14) is real.
  • Numeric otherwise: N(), or an inexact tt, is required to reduce.
